EXCHANGE & REFUNDS
  • Merchandise can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase provided the merchandise is unused, intact and in saleable condition with the original product tag and invoice as the proof of purchase. Please note, no perfumes should have been used on the product.
  • Undergarments, socks, cosmetics, perfumes, sunglasses, jewellery and glassware will not be exchanged. Discounted merchandise and used merchandise will not be exchanged. Altered garments will also not be exchanged.
  • Only Credit Notes will be issued on exchange. Cash refunds will not be given. Credit Notes will be issued for a value equivalent to the receipt and can be redeemed at any Max store in Malaysia within 3 months from the date of issue.
  • Exchange of merchandise bought at full price will be permitted during the full price period only.
  • Lifestyle Retail Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. shall not be responsible for any loss or damage or any personal injury to a customer directly or indirectly by use of products or merchandise purchased from the store/s.
  • Lifestyle Retail Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to alter or modify any terms and conditions at any point of time without assigning any reason or intimation whatsoever.
  • In case of any dispute, the same shall be subject to Malaysia jurisdiction.
Yes, you can exchange a product at any store within Malaysia if the conditions above are met, except for products like cosmetics, jewellery and lingerie because of hygiene reasons.

STORE DETAILS
All Max stores are operational 365 days a year. Typically in malls, our stores operate from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
  • We request that you take care of your personal belongings while enjoying your shopping experience with us. We will not be held responsible for their loss or theft.
  • Please do not leave garments in the fitting room, and allow our staff to check garments for security tags. No more than 6 (six) garments at a time are allowed to be taken into the fitting rooms.
